Tahko Distillery

Tahko Distillery and the distillery restaurant Hophaus Tahko is located right next to Break Sokos Hotel Tahko.

Tahko Distillery produces its own whiskey and gin, using local ingredients such as herbs, berries and Nilsiä’s clean water. The main product of Tahko Distillery is Tahko Organic Gin, which is made almost entirely from organic ingredients. In addition, the distillation of organic whiskey will begin at Tahko Distillery, and it will be Finland’s first organic whiskey and the first distilled whiskey in Savo.

The products of the distillery can be enjoyed in the atmospheric Hophaus.
