Kuopio Dance Festival

Kuopio Dance Festival is the largest and most diverse international dance event in the Nordic countries. It’s a true celebration of dance that brings world-class performances and some of the summer’s most exciting cultural experiences to Kuopio for more than a week each June.

The high-quality programme attracts professionals, enthusiasts and first-time visitors from both Finland and abroad. The festival offers top-level performances, a wide range of free events, courses, camps and seminars.

The festival takes over the entire city – from theatre stages and event venues to shopping centres, market squares and even the streets.
