Tahko, one of Finland’s most popular resort villages, offers 30 different activities throughout the year.

Tahko’s stunning lake and slope landscapes are less than an hour’s drive from the center of Kuopio. The most popular winter activities include downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, winter cycling, snowshoeing and winter fishing – basically any combination of outdoor life and relaxation. Those who seek adventure, can head for a snowmobile or Razer safari or race on Tahko’s ice karting track. In addition to outdoor sports, Tahko’s activities include a spa, bowling alley, gym, indoor adventure park, petting zoo, archery and escape room.

Friends of cross-country skiing, winter cycling and hiking will be pampered especially in Puijo, where outdoor enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy their favourite sport, just a couple of kilometres from the heart of the city centre.
